Who We Are

Chris Small

The patriarch—kind, generous, and a super dad, Chris is a hardworking editor for ICF Jones & Stokes. In his spare time, he enjoys reading sci-fi novels and watching real estate and food programs with Cathleen. And sports on his own, as Cathleen finds those excruciatingly dull.

Cathleen Small

The matriarch—also kind but with a rather wicked sense of humor, Cathleen is also a hardworking freelance editor for technical books. She enjoys playing with her ever-entertaining son, and in her copious spare time, she enjoys reading for pleasure and pursuing her newest hobby—photography. She also enjoys traveling and is quickly turning Theo into as much of a travel fanatic as she and Chris are.

Theodore Henry Small

Living up to the meaning of his middle name, Theo is truly the "ruler of the house." He allows his minions, Chris and Cathleen, to labor under the notion that they may someday regain the upper hand, all the while knowing that he has them wrapped around his finger. Theo enjoys pounding on anything he finds, putting everything in his mouth, eating his toes, practicing crawling, and jumping like a madman in his jumperoo. He does not enjoy vegetables.
